Unusual pathologic lesions in a heifer affected by Trueperella pyogenes

Four Hereford heifers of approximately 18 months age presented nodular formations in the uterus detected by transrectal palpation. This pathology had been previously diagnosed herd, which led to early discarding 1-2% per year. Post mortem examination a severely affected heifer revealed multiple abscesses pelvic and abdominal cavity associated with uterus, serosa forelimbs, liver.
